Transit Time Calculator
Using the below drop-downs, first click on the left-hand menu to choose the origin of your traffic (either a railroad, online customer, or COFC ramp). Then, on the right-hand menu select where this traffic will be going. For example if you want to calculate the transit time from the BNSF to the CN, on the left-hand menu click BNSF and on the right-hand menu, click CN. You will then get a dialogue box that says "Your maximum transit time is 17 hours". Note that maximum transit times are always given because this is how we are measuring on-time performance i.e. "pass" if below maximum transit and "fail" if exceeding maximum transit.
